Welcome to The Life Apothecary, a health, science and lifestyle blog. Just a small look into my life in California as a health and fitness nut, paving a career in life science, and my life journey.

I currently do medical research at Stanford University in Immunology. I peer into many different aspects of how our bodies immune system works to defend against foreign invaders and itself. I am currently transitioning from lab work into the communcative and data science role of research!

 

I'm using this blog as a way to look creatively into science and as well as a way to document and tell the stories of the fun and exciting experiences of my life. Hope you enjoy!
